Indonesia is one of the countries in Southeast Asia with the largest population. The data in 2019 was 270.6 million people in Indonesia. With such market potential, of course this is a big potential for the Housing Sector in providing decent housing, especially for people who need affordable housing.

The problem currently faced by the Government of Indonesia is in the provision of housing livable for the lower middle class. With Increase in Quantity Population is increasing by 1.49% every year, which means an increase of 3.5 to 4 million population per year, this is a big record for the Government in providing decent housing which is currently run by the Government of President Jokowi (1 Million Houses).

With the 2019 population of 267 million people, then the Indonesian Government's Homework automatically in providing livable houses for the lower middle class is very important, while the funds issued by the Government are very disproportionate to the need itself. Based on BPS data, the need for low-cost housing (Backlog) in 2020 has reached 7.64 million. While the number of middle-class Indonesian people who have a salary/income of IDR 1.2 million – IDR 6 million per month reaching 52 million people.

Above paper is very large, the need for housing every year is a problem the Government of Indonesia in providing cheap housing.

And of course it will again be a problem in this 1 million house program plan is in the provision of human resources for the construction of the housing unit. It takes a lot Contractors or Project Executors who will be involved in implementing the program. The feasibility and ability of each Contractor must be of utmost concern to the us because this will be the benchmark in the quality of the units to be sold to customers.

  • Mr. I Putu Tagus Wirapramana faithfully established PT Ran Ayu Persada in 2010 with his years of experience in property development.

    He was involved in various housing project in and outside Bali, was an active member of the real estate association, and was also a part of some feasibility studies conducted by government, along with Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic of Indonesia’s consultant (BAPPENAS) as primary and secondary data surveyor.

    PT RAN AYU PERSADA is a Bali based national housing sub holding company, a subsidiary of PT Amro Asia Pacific. The company is established as the representative of PT Amro Asia Pacific in national housing development sector and is fully authorized to manage all the existing and future programs for the next five years period.

    The current population growth rate at 1.49% year-over-year, an increase of 3.5 to 4 million people per year, has become the biggest challenge for Indonesian government in providing proper housings for middle-low income economy class in the country, as currently programmed by President Jokowi’s cabinet with 1-million houses ongoing project.

    The large number of the country’s population in 2019 with 267 million people has led to insufficient budget to develop the proper housings by the government. According to Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics data, Bali needs a total of 161,068 unit of affordable houses (backlog) to accommodate the province’s housing requirement in 2020. While the number of working-class society with middle income of IDR 1.2 million to IDR 6 million is only around 750,000 people.

    PT RAN AYU PERSADA is dedicated to deliver a total housing solution for middle-low economy class society. Targeting to develop a total of 1,000 houses, the solution is featured without down-payment, interest, and bank/syariah instalment, instead the payment and instalment will be processed directly to the developer to ensure housings are affordable. The company is currently conducting a nationwide scale project mapping in second semester of 2020. We are humbly looking forward for the supports and prayers to be able to deliver the program as planned.
